Wahoo! is a 33-foot Blackfin built for one thing: putting six anglers on fish, fast. From Marina Cabo San Lucas it's a short run to the productive water at the 1150 Spot, the Golden Gate Bank, or the gradient where the warm current edges meet the cooler upwellings and the bait piles up.

The boat is fully equipped with the gear that actually catches fish in these waters: trolling rods rigged for marlin, lighter setups for tuna and dorado, fluorocarbon leaders, and a spread of lures that the crew rotates by the hour. Depending on the month, you'll be working striped marlin (the most consistent target year-round), blue and black marlin in the summer and fall, yellowfin tuna when the porpoise schools push through, dorado from late spring into autumn, and wahoo when the water's right. If conditions favor inshore work, the crew can switch to roosterfish or sierra mackerel along the rocks.
